Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy
1. Digital Delivery Only
All products available on ReadLift Guides are 100% digital downloads. No physical items will be printed, shipped, or delivered to your physical address.
2. How You Will Receive Your Order
Upon successfully completing your purchase at checkout, your digital files will be delivered to you via two methods:
- Instant On-Screen Access: A direct download link will appear on your final checkout confirmation screen.
- Email Delivery: An automated confirmation email containing your secure download link will be sent immediately to the email address you provided during checkout.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Digital delivery is instantaneous. Your personal download link is generated and sent within 1 to 5 minutes following payment verification.
4. File Formats
Your purchase will be delivered as a secure .zip file containing standard PDF documents (including the Digital Reading Version, the Fillable Workbook Version, and the Print-Friendly Version).
5. Missing Links & Technical Support
If you do not receive your download email within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.
If your link is broken, or if you accidentally entered the wrong email address at checkout, please contact our team using our contact page. Please include your Order Number, and we will manually re-issue your download access within 24 hours.
