Thank you for shopping with ReadLift Guides.
Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final once the product has been purchased and delivered. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products after the download link has been made available.
Digital Products
ReadLift Guides sells digital guides, workbooks, and downloadable files. No physical item will be shipped.
After purchase, customers receive access to download their digital product by email. Since digital files cannot be physically returned, we are unable to offer refunds once the product has been delivered, except where required by law.
Download or Access Issues
If you experience a technical issue accessing your files, opening your ZIP file, or using your PDF, please contact us at:

We will do our best to help you access your purchase, including resending the download link when appropriate.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in limited cases, such as:
- You were charged more than once for the same product
- You purchased the same product twice by mistake
- You never received access to the download and we are unable to resolve the issue
- The file is defective or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for reasons such as:
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You no longer want the product
- You did not read the product description before purchasing
- You expected a physical product
- You do not have the required software or device to open the files
- You downloaded the product but decided not to use it

All ReadLift Guides products are for personal use only. Digital files may not be resold, shared, uploaded, redistributed, copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes.
